Kiln Dried Hardwood Firewood Logs

Ash is a denser hardwood which will burn hotter for longer

To simply order quantities of kiln dried nets of firewood logs for delivery direct to your door

Options are given depending on the overall weight and destination.

A very popular choice and known to be one of the best types of firewood to burn, Ash burns hot and long and gives a great heat output.  It is relatively easy to split and stacks well. 

Ash is a broadleaf tree and can grown for hundreds of years.  The bark is dark compared to the light tone of the internal and is tight onto the log.  Ash firewood logs will burn red hot even on a newly established fire.  

Ash is becoming more difficult to source for the woodfuel market and as such the price has steadily increased over the past few years.  We recommend using Ash among other more sustainable types of hardwood to keep your fire burning hot and bright!

Recommendation:

Birch to begin and provide a flame

Ash for long high heat

Oak to provide a very long burn on a well established fire.

    I was not sure about buying from a large supplier when I normally buy locally a bag at a time but the difference is night and day. It’s dry, burns for ages and I could not believe how clean it all was. No damp or wet messy logs. Would not buy anywhere else now.

    I bought a 40ltr bag of Ash logs to try out on my new wood burning stove before I committed to a large order. They arrived in a timely manner and are a fantastic, long & hot burn in the stove. Will definitely buy again!

    The kiln-dried ash logs must surely be the very best fuel for your wood burner. Cheap? Not at all, but you get what you pay for. They are easy to light, burn a long time and very cleanly, and chuck out a grat deal of heat. They also seem to leave the chimney pretty clean, sp you need the sweep less often.
