Ordering and Delivery

For website help and for guidance on ordering, logging in etc. please read the products page of the website.

1.   Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

2.   Unless otherwise stated, our standard delivery time for stock orders is 4-6 working days after the date of order. However, it is our intention to deliver all local orders within 1-2 working days during the Summer and within 3-4 working days in the Winter. You will be contacted by customer service staff to arrange a delivery date and time suitable to you.

3.   Where a product is out of stock we will e-mail or telephone you to advise of earliest possible delivery date.   

4.   We deliver to the postcodes shown on the products page of website, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and issued with a full refund.

5.   Delivery / service will be made once paid for in advance by debit or credit cards or we have made an arrangement with you to collect a cheque or cash on delivery.

6.   Deliveries are usually Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Should you require a weekend delivery please indicate this whilst placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

7.   Orders supplied are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act.

8.   Delivery of items is made in a variety of ways and dependent on the items ordered, the amounts ordered and the time of delivery requested we will inform you of the delivery method prior to the order being despatched.

9.   All products are subject to availability.

10. A small charge will be required for re-delivery if you fail to notify us at time of order, of any access restrictions or issues that may prevent us delivering to your property.

11.  Packaging may vary to that shown.

12. Reservoir Logs reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw products or services without prior notice.

Returns Process / Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods, you have the right to cancel within seven days of payment / order generation, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).  If you cancel your order, you will receive a refund by cheque within 7 working days of the date of cancellation.  Products require be returned in original packaging and condition. Please telephone us on 0844 567 8019 to arrange the return of your goods.
